What to do if you’re not happy

We take our users' opinions and feedback very seriously. So, if you're not happy with our service, you can contact our Customer Ombudsman at and tell them your story. We will try to answer your email within one business day and will do our best to find a solution to your problem as quickly as possible.

If you don't feel that we handle your complaint in an appropriate manner, you can of course also get in touch directly with the relevant authorities (Office of the Data Protection Commissioner).

In doing so, Making-Cents will also provide the data subject(s) with the contact details of the supervisory authority (Currently Office of the Data Protection Commissioner. Canal House, Station Road, Portarlington, Co. Laois, R32 AP23) and inform them of their right to seek judicial remedy.
